Scadalectric Automation was tasked with enhancing the SCADA system for ILUKA’s North Capal Separation Mill (NCSM) as part of their facility expansion. The expansion required additional SCADA pages to integrate with the new section of the plant and ensure seamless operations across both existing and new systems.
Project Scope:
- Developed new SCADA screens and integrated them with the existing system.
- Added and configured alarms, trends, and PID tuning faceplates for optimal operation.
- Added new tags and integrated them with the existing SCADA screens.
- Ensured smooth communication and integration with Schneider Modicon Quantum PLCs.
- Worked closely with the client’s team to meet the operational needs of the new section of the facility.
