Project Scope:
- Reprogrammed the hydraulic press with a Siemens S7-1200 PLC, replacing the outdated Siemens S7-300 PLC.
- Integrated and reprogrammed the existing Siemens HMI to align with the new control system.
- Upgraded the safety circuit to Category 4 safety standards.
- Rewired the machine control panel to meet updated operational and safety requirements.
